To apply for Singapore Family Office EP, you need to satisfy following requirements:

1. Investment amounts to a minimum of SGD 20 million for 13O Plan A, and a minimum of SGD 5million for 13O Plan B. The process of capital accumulation and the source of funds should be well explained.

For 13O Plan A, 10% of the total investment under management within each family office structure should be invested domestically in Singapore.

• Salary Criterion

Existing work pass holders and overseas candidates can apply if they meet either of the salary criteria below:

1. Earn a fixed monthly salary of at least $30,000, or its equivalent in foreign currency for the last year.

2. Will earn a fixed monthly salary of at least $30,000 under their prospective employer based in Singapore.

The fixed monthly salary of at least $30,000 should come from one employer.

• Work Experience

For overseas candidate:

You have been working for an established company overseas for at least 1 year OR You will be working for an established company in Singapore.

For existing work pass holders:

You have been working in Singapore for at least 1 year OR You will be working for an established company in Singapore.

• Outstanding Achievements

Applicants with outstanding achievements in at least one of the areas below: Sports, Arts and culture, Academia and research may apply without meeting the salary criteria.

Be classified as the TOP 5% professional group in Singapore, and it is the international talent that Singapore government wants to attract and retain most, this group of applicants can enjoy a better welfare provided by the government.

Long-term residency permit valid for 5 years, and every renewal is valid for 5 years as well.

After holding ONE Pass for one year, applicants may apply for Singapore Permanent Residency.

Outstanding achievements in science and technology, culture and art, research and academics, or sports can also apply for ONE Pass.

ONE Pass can be applied before relocate to Singapore to start work. The spouse of ONE Pass can apply for a Letter of Consent to work.

Overseas applicants need to earn a fixed monthly salary of SGD 22,500 in the six months prior to the application;
Current Singapore EP holders intending to convert to PEP must have a fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 22,500 before applying.

Other application conditions:
· Document requirements: individual tax bill matching salary payment, monthly payslip and personal bank statement showing salary payment.
· The PEP has a validity of only 3 years and cannot be renewed. You’ll need to apply for another Singapore long-term visa 3 months before the expiry date.
· PEP holders are not allowed to start businesses or engage in any entrepreneurial business and can only work for local companies. 

In addition, you are NOT ELIGIBLE for PEP if you are any of the followings:
· a holder of EP under the subsidy scheme;
· a freelancer or wanting to work as a freelancer;
· a sole proprietor, partner or director and shareholder of a company registered with the Commerce and Industry Board of Singapore; or
· a reporter, editor, assistant editor or producer.

Any two of the following three criteria must be met for applicants:

1. Have a last drawn fixed monthly salary (in the last 1 year) of at least SGD 22,500.

2. Have at least five cumulative years of experience in a leading role in a tech company with a valuation/market cap of at least USD 500 million or at least USD 30 million funding raised.

3. Have at least five cumulative years of experience in a leading role in the development of a tech product that has at least 100,000 monthly active users or at least USD 100 million annual revenue.

With the release of various high-level work passes in Singapore, the EDB confirms that it aims to target Tech.Pass applicants that own scientific research and technology background. If applicants meet criterion 1+3/2+3/1+2+3, they are recommended to apply for Tech.Pass.

If applicants meet criterion 1+2, they need be the founder of a large-scale technology company. If they are only high-level executives of a tech company, they are recommended to apply for PEP, ENT and EP.
